My last full weekend in DC and 1 of my best friends (Beth) visits from Michigan to experience the highlights of the summer.

The Single Most Memorable weekend filled with bar hopping, dancing, and eating Nutella Vanilla Wafer Sandwiches off the back of the Lincoln Memorial at night.

 

Mo’ Midnights, Mo’ Family

Before

Already I’ve found a secret door at the O Street Mansion, attended a fashion show & got sprayed by a fog gun at Lima & my family hasn’t even arrived for the weekend yet!

After

Touring the White House, Tommy Wiseau hosts The Room at E Street Cinema Midnight Madness, The Dark Knight Rises, and the Burdicks have yet another family vacation.

Capitol Hill Part II: H Street

After

…and “How have I not hit up H Street until now?”

Been to the National History Smithsonian, seen the monuments, so I’m done with DC.
